1. Scope and who we are

This policy applies to the public TurnKey website, customer and employee portals, consultation and chat features, support tickets, billing workflows, and related business systems operated by Turnkey Technology, Inc.. It covers information collected online and information placed in the portal as part of an authorized customer or service relationship.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Names, business contact information, company details, consultation requests, chat messages, support requests, replies, files, profile information, and other information you choose to submit.

Customer and service records

Authorized customer, site, equipment, service, invoice, work-order, and historical support information used to provide contracted services and maintain operational records.

Technical and security data

IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, authentication events, audit activity, delivery status, and security or rate-limit information.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Operate customer accounts, sites, services, and support tickets.
  • Authenticate users and protect the website and portal.
  • Send service, ticket, billing, security, and account notifications.
  • Process invoices, work orders, reconciliations, and customer records.
  • Maintain audit trails, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse.
  • Improve service delivery and internal business operations.
  • Meet contractual, legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Required cookies and device storage support secure sign-in, security, and requested interface preferences. They remain available after choosing Reject because those functions cannot operate reliably without them. Optional storage must remain off unless you choose Accept.

5. When information is shared

Information is available to authorized TurnKey personnel and authorized customer users according to their roles. We may use service providers for infrastructure, email delivery, security, data storage, and other functions performed for us. Information may also be provided when needed to deliver contracted services, comply with law, protect people or systems, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

Portal session cookies expire after no more than 12 hours. Other records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain support and business history, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect system integrity. Retention periods vary by record type and customer relationship.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including access controls, authentication, email 2FA for customer accounts, audit records, backups, and encrypted transport when HTTPS is used. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live and the relationship involved, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask questions about its use and disclosure. Some records must be retained for security, contractual, billing, legal, or operational reasons. Contact sales@turnkeytech.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can withdraw optional-storage consent using Cookie settings, clear stored preferences through your browser, and block cookies using browser controls. Blocking the required login cookie will prevent portal sign-in.

8. Children and policy changes

TurnKey provides business technology services and does not direct this website or portal to children. We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
